About the Position
We seek an experienced and committed Program Manager to lead and oversee the implementation of the Creche Initiative. The position will be responsible for program planning, team management, stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, community engagement, monitoring, reporting, and ensuring that creche operations are implemented according to prescribed standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the overall implementation plan for the Creche Initiative.
- Coordinate with the Foundation and ensure alignment with program guidelines, timelines, systems, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Cluster Coordinators, Supervisors, caregivers, and other team members.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with government departments, PRIs, ICDS, Anganwadi Workers, ASHA workers, community representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Review village, community, child, and program data to support planning and prioritization.
- Use ICDS and program data to identify gaps, priorities, and areas requiring intervention.
- Oversee creche establishment, centre readiness, safety, child enrolment, growth monitoring, community engagement, and day-to-day operations.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor program quality and provide guidance and handholding support to the team.
- Monitor logistics, documentation, reporting, travel claims, centre readiness, and other operational systems.
- Coordinate specialized requirements including logistics, technical resources, and the Shishu Ghar application/portal.
- Monitor creche operations through digital systems and use data for review, planning, decision-making, and corrective action.
- Conduct regular program and team review meetings.
- Prepare and submit periodic/monthly program reports and maintain programlevel documentation.
- Identify operational challenges and coordinate timely corrective actions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline; preferably in Social Work.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Health, ECCE, Nutrition, or related development programs.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing a team.
- Experience in program implementation, community engagement, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination will be preferred.
- Having a two-wheeler with valid driving licence is essential for applying for the post.

Salary
₹40,000 per month (CTC)
