About the Position
We seek a committed Cluster Coordinator to coordinate and monitor the implementation of the Creche Initiative across assigned villages and centres. The position will work closely with Supervisors, caregivers, communities, government stakeholders, and the program team to ensure effective implementation, quality monitoring, team capacity building, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support program planning, team orientation, and pre-service training.
- Coordinate with the Program Manager and program team for effective implementation.
- Review ICDS and program data to identify priority areas and villages requiring intervention.
- Prepare cluster-level plans and support Supervisors in preparing and implementing weekly plans.
- Monitor progress against plans and make necessary adjustments based on field observations.
- Coordinate with PRIs, Anganwadi Workers, ASHA workers, ICDS personnel, government representatives, and community stakeholders.
- Facilitate Gram Sabhas, community meetings, CMC meetings, and other stakeholder engagements.
- Support community mobilization and identification of families and children for creche enrolment.
- Conduct and monitor home visits and support follow-up of identified issues.
- Identify suitable spaces for creche centres and ensure centre readiness and safety.
- Coordinate with the Safety and Logistics teams to ensure required infrastructure and materials are available.
- Support caregiver selection, training, and centre setup.
- Monitoring and provide guidance, mentoring, and handholding support to Supervisors and caregivers.
- Monitor child enrolment, attendance, growth monitoring, safety, community participation, and other key indicators.
- Review child growth data and support identification and referral of children requiring additional attention.
- Use the Shishu Ghar App for monitoring, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintain field records, meeting notes, follow-up actions, and required reports.
- Support team reviews, performance monitoring, and capacity-building activities.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any subject.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications and MS Office.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in community-based interventions in Health, ECCE, Nutrition, or related domains.
- Experience in community mobilization, field coordination, and development programs will be preferred.
- Having a two-wheeler with valid driving licence is essential for applying for the post.
- The Applicants must have an interest and passion for working in the social sector, along with commitment and perseverance.

Salary:
₹35,000 per month (CTC)
