Position: Centre Manager
Location: Siddho Kanhu Ashram, Badlao Foundation, Domdih, Sundarpahari, Godda, Jharkhand
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and proactive Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Siddho Kanhu Ashram. The selected candidate will ensure smooth management of training programmes, residential facilities, goat farming activities, campus maintenance, and support various livelihood initiatives implemented by the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate training programmes, workshops, and residential facility arrangements.
- Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth functioning of the Ashram campus.
- Manage participant accommodation, housekeeping, and hospitality services.
- Maintain procurement, expenditure, and administrative records.
- Support livestock-based and other livelihood demonstration activities.
- Coordinate farm operations, input procurement, and record-keeping.
- Monitor campus utilities, infrastructure, and overall safety.
- Assist in institutional programmes and other responsibilities assigned by the organization.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Experience in administration, facility management, agriculture, livestock management, or rural development will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Basic record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Willingness to stay and work in a rural setting.
Required Skills

- Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office is desirable.
Salary
₹20,000/- per month
Note
- Male candidate preferred.
- Should have his own bike and valid driving license.
- Willingness to stay at the residential Ashram campus is essential.
