Job Title: Block Coordinator Location: Sundarpahari, Godda, Jharkhand Reports to: Project Coordinator Job Type: Full-time for 1 Year Job Summary The Badlao Foundation has been working in Santhal Pargana of Jharkhand State since 1982 for the upliftment of tribal communities, focusing on women’s empowerment, whose livelihoods are based on forest-based production. In addition to this, Badlao Foundation is working on INRM, health, education, and environmental sustainability. LIC HFL Sangam – Tasar Link Project aims to identify beneficiaries and promote their cultivation of tasar to build a sustainable way of income generation through market linkage. The goal is to promote tasar production in Santhal Pargana in the state of Jharkhand. The Block Coordinator will play a crucial role in implementing development programs and initiatives to promote tasar production by supporting the farmers. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring and evaluating projects, and ensuring the effective delivery of services to the community.
