Minimum 3 years of field experience in health, education, nutrition, livelihood, community development, NGO, or CSR projects.
Experience working with government institutions such as Schools, CHC/PHC/Sub-Centers, Anganwadi Centres, Block/District officials, PRI members, etc.
Strong ability to coordinate with teachers, AWWs, ANMs, CHOs, ASHAs, health officials, and other field staff.
Good communication & facilitation skills for conducting:
- Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTM)
- Teacher training sessions
- Community sensitization programs
- Health & nutrition camps
Ability to prepare quality reports, maintain field data, and submit timely CSR project documentation.
Strong planning, monitoring, and time-management capabilities.
Commitment towards issues related to child nutrition, health, and education.
Good communication skills in local language + Hindi and basic English (for reporting).

Implement project activities related to health, education, and nutrition at the block level.
Coordinate with schools, Anganwadi centres, CHCs/PHCs, and government departments.
Conduct trainings, workshops, PTMs, and community meetings.
Organize school health camps and nutrition awareness activities.
Supervise and support field staff for smooth project execution.
Collect and maintain daily/weekly/monthly field data.
Prepare and submit timely CSR reports and documentation.
Conduct regular field visits for monitoring and quality checks.
Build collaborative relationships with teachers, AWWs, healthcare workers, and community leaders.
Ensure effective communication, planning, and timely delivery of all project activities.
